Asian Marinade

I mostly use this on flank or skirt steak, but chicken, pork, seafood, or tofu will work just as well.

Ingredients: [‘soy sauce’, ‘rice wine vinegar’, ‘lime juice’, ‘honey’, ‘cilantro’, ‘green onion’, ‘ginger powder’, ‘garlic powder’, ‘crushed red pepper flakes’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1/4 cup soy sauce”,”1/4 cup rice wine vinegar”,”1/4 cup lime juice”,”1/4 cup honey”,”1/4 cup cilantro, freshly chopped “,”1/4 cup green onion, freshly chopped “,”3 dashes ginger powder”,”3 dashes garlic powder”,”3 dashes crushed red pepper flakes”]

Number of Servings: 4

Steps: [‘Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place 1 – 1 1/2 lbs. protein in marinade, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.’, ‘Grill or broil to desired temperature.’]
