Asian Salad

i created this after my fiancé and i had a wonderful salad at a chinese restaurant. prep times don’t include chopping & shredding (i use my magic bullet!)

Ingredients: [‘water’, ‘sesame oil’, ‘rice vinegar’, ‘curry powder’, ‘soy sauce’, ‘sugar’, ‘satay sauce’, ‘salt’, ‘pepper’, ‘mung beans’, ‘carrots’, ‘onions’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“”,”4 tablespoons water”,”3 tablespoons sesame oil”,”1 tablespoon rice vinegar”,”1 teaspoon curry powder”,”1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce”,”5 teaspoons sugar”,”1 teaspoon satay sauce”,”1 dash salt”,”1 dash pepper”,””,”2 -180 g mung beans, canned, drained “,”35 g carrots, shredded “,”70 g onions, chopped “]

Number of Servings: 2

Steps: [‘combine all dressing ingredients, stir well.’, ‘add onion, carrots, & beans, mix well & serve!’]
