A great family dish, my husband loves this but was very upset when he saw me make it once and discovered its contains zucchini. The bonus is its a weight watchers recipe, 4 1/2 points a serve

Ingredients: [‘bacon’, ‘leek’, ‘zucchini’, ‘carrots’, ‘reduced-fat tasty cheese’, ‘self-raising flour’, ‘eggs’, ‘olive oil’, ‘dijon mustard’, ‘low-fat yogurt’, ‘baby spinach leaves’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“4 slices bacon, rashers trimmed of fat and rind “,”1 leek, sliced “,”2 zucchini, grated “,”2 carrots, peeled and grated “,”100 g reduced-fat tasty cheese, grated “,”1 cup self-raising flour, sifted “,”5 eggs, lightly beaten “,”1/4 cup olive oil”,”2 teaspoons Dijon mustard”,”1/2 cup low-fat yogurt, natural “,” baby spinach leaves”]
