Quantity of Ingredients: [” olive oil flavored cooking spray”,” cornmeal, for dusting “,”1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained “,”1/2 cup cooked brown rice”,”1/2 cup corn kernel”,”1/2 cup sunflower seeds, coarsely ground “,”1/4 cup cornmeal”,”1/4 cup wheat germ”,”1/2 cup celery, chopped “,”1 tablespoon oil (canola, flaxseed or olive)”,”1/2 cup salsa”,”1 tablespoon chili powder”,”1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped “]

Steps: [‘Preheat oven to 375°F.’, ‘Pan spray a 14″ X 16″ cookie sheet and dust with cornmeal.’, ‘In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
