Breakfast Protein Shake

I love making this for breakfast on lazy days. The high protein in this smoothie will fill you up ’till lunch. I got this recipe from a blog; this is not my own recipe. Hope you all enjoy (:
*I use flax milk instead of dairy milk and make it in my NutriBullet and it comes out great. (If you want a thinner shake, use more ice cubes and milk)

Ingredients: [‘banana’, ‘smooth peanut butter’, ‘milk’, ‘ice cubes’, ‘protein powder’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1/2 banana”,”1/2 cup smooth peanut butter or 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter”,”1/2 cup milk”,”6 ice cubes”,”1 tablespoon protein powder”]

Number of Servings: 1

Steps: [‘Throw all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.’]
