Chocolate Kahlua & Pecan Cookies

I found this recipe in a magazine, I’m sorry I can’t remember which one though. They are delicious! I couldn’t keep DH out of them! They only need 1/4 cup of Kahlua so it’s not overpowering.

Ingredients: [‘unsalted butter’, ‘brown sugar’, ‘eggs’, ‘kahlua’, ‘all-purpose flour’, ‘salt’, ‘baking soda’, ‘unsweetened cocoa’, ‘pecans’, ‘semi-sweet chocolate chips’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 cup unsalted butter”,”2 cups brown sugar”,”2 eggs”,”1/4 cup Kahlua”,”2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour”,”1 teaspoon salt”,”1 teaspoon baking soda”,”1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa”,”1 cup chopped pecans”,”1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips”]

Number of Servings: 18

Steps: [‘Preheat oven to 375 degrees.’, ‘In an electric stand mixer bowl, combine butter and sugar; cream together on high speed.’, ‘Add eggs one at a time until incorporated, and kahlua; beat till smooth.’, ‘In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa.’, ‘Add to butter mixture and mix to incorporate.’, ‘Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.’, ‘drop about a tbsp of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.’, ‘Bake for 10 mins rotating half way through, or until the edges are lightly browned.’, ‘Place on a wire rack to cool.’]
