These tuna cakes are perfect for dinner any night of the week.

Ingredients: [‘tuna in water’, ‘reduced-fat cheddar cheese’, ‘dried breadcrumbs’, ‘corn’, ‘reduced-fat mayonnaise’, ‘egg’, ‘canola oil’]

Steps: [‘Combine the tuna, cheese, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, corn, mayonnaise and egg in a medium bowl, and mix until well blended.
