Ex-Husband’s Grandmothers’ (Ahhh-Mazing) Lasagna

I have to admit this is best lasagna recipe ever. It was my ex-husband’s grandmother’s “secret” recipe… so I figured I’d give the “secret” to the whole world! Shhhh! 😉

Ingredients: [‘ground beef’, ‘whole tomatoes’, ‘tomato sauce’, ‘tomato paste’, ‘ragu tomato sauce’, ‘onions’, ‘garlic powder’, ‘black pepper’, ‘salt’, ‘crushed red pepper flakes’, ‘oregano’, ‘bay leaves’, ‘sugar’, ‘mozzarella cheese’, ‘provolone cheese’, ‘ricotta cheese’, ‘lasagna noodle’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“3 lbs ground beef”,”1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes”,”1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce”,”1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste”,”1 quart Ragu tomato sauce”,”2 large onions, chopped “,”2 teaspoons garlic powder”,”2 teaspoons black pepper”,”2 tablespoons salt”,”1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes”,”1 tablespoon oregano”,”3 bay leaves”,”2 tablespoons sugar”,”1/2 lb mozzarella cheese”,”1/2 lb provolone cheese, sliced “,”1 lb ricotta cheese”,”1 large lasagna noodle”]

Number of Servings: 13

Steps: [‘Brown ground beef with the onions, then mix first 13 ingredients & cook for 3 hours, then assemble lasagna as per below:’, ‘Cover bottom of the dish with sauce then layer noodles, ricotta, sauce. Repeat two times, then top with provolone, sauce then mozzarella.’, ‘Bake at 350 until cheese is brown — about 45 minute.’, ‘Let stand 20 minutes before serving.’]
