Here is a crazy recipe from our favorite Southern girl Paula Deen! I just love all of her recipes, and here is another one that we had fun with over this last year –

Ingredients: [‘polska kielbasa’, ‘puff pastry’, ‘egg’, ‘honey mustard’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 lb polska kielbasa (1 package)”,”2 sheets puff pastry, thawed and lightly rolled out “,”1 egg”,” barbecue sauce or apricot jam, for serving “]

Number of Servings: 4

Steps: [‘Preheat oven to 400°F.’, ‘Cut Kielbossa into 6×4-inch pieces. Cut puff pastry sheets into thirds (6 strips). Roll each piece of kielbossa in puff pastry and place on a baking sheet.’, ‘Beat egg in a small dish and brush generouosly over pastry. Bake until pastry is golden brown and puffed, about 20 minutes. Serve with mustard, barbecue sauce, or jam if desired.’]
