Honey Ricotta Dip

This can be made up to 2 days ahead, and stored in the fridge. Serve it with fresh fruit, such as strawberries, bananas, or wedges of rockmelon, pineapple or honeydew.

Ingredients: [‘low-fat ricotta’, ‘vanilla yogurt’, ‘clear honey’, ‘fruit’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“250 g fresh low-fat ricotta”,”1/3 cup diet vanilla yogurt”,”2 teaspoons clear honey”,” fruit, to serve “]

Number of Servings: 4

Steps: [‘Place ricotta, yogurt and honey in a medium bowl. Using a stick mixer, blend until smooth. Serve with fruit.’]
