My version of the Jamaican lemonade served at “Fish, Wings & Tings” in Washington, DC. The ginger adds heat so adjust more or less to your taste.
Ingredients: [‘lemon’, ‘lemonade’, ‘gingerroot’, ‘sugar’, ‘ice cubes’]
Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 lemon”,”1 cup prepared lemonade”,”2 inches gingerroot (2-inch or so)”,”2 tablespoons sugar”,”2 cups ice cubes”]
Number of Servings: 2
Steps: [‘Zest and juice the lemon and place in blender. Add lemonade, ginger, sugar and ice cubes and process until slushy. This might also be good with rum or vodka.’]
