Japanese Fruit Pie

This is an excellent tasting pie. I can’t remember where I got this recipe–I’ve had it for years.

Ingredients: [‘eggs’, ‘sugar’, ‘oleo’, ‘vinegar’, ‘coconut’, ‘raisins’, ‘pecans’, ‘pie shell’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“3 eggs”,”1 1/4 cups sugar”,”1/2-3/4 cup oleo”,”1 tablespoon vinegar”,”1 cup coconut”,”1 cup raisins”,”1 cup pecans”,”1 uncooked pie shell”]

Number of Servings: 8

Steps: [‘Mix all ingredients together.’, ‘Pour into pie shell (8 or 9-inch pie pan).’, “Bake at 350°F, until it won’t shake–about 40 minutes.”]
