Marinated Flank Steak

Absolutely delicious on it’s own as a main course but equally as good served as a appy with a garlic dipping sauce.

Ingredients: [‘ginger’, ‘red wine vinegar’, ‘canola oil’, ‘garlic cloves’, ‘scallions’, ‘flank steaks’, ‘low sodium soy sauce’, ‘honey’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 1/2 teaspoons ginger”,”2 tablespoons red wine vinegar”,”1/2 cup canola oil”,”2 garlic cloves, minced “,”2 tablespoons scallions, chopped “,”1 1/2 lbs flank steaks, trimmed of all visible fat “,”4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce”,”4 tablespoons honey”]

Number of Servings: 6

Steps: [‘Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and mix thoroughly.’, ‘Marinate steak for eight hours in the refrigerator.’, ‘Preheat broiler.’, ‘Place meat in broiling pan and broil 4 to 6 inches (10.6 to 15.2 cm) from heat for 5 minutes on each side.’, ‘Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.’, “Slice thinly ‘across the grain’ and serve.”, ‘To serve as an appy just loosely roll up the thin slices and insert a toothpick.
