Moistest Pumpkin Bread

This is more like a dessert bread it’s so soft and moist. I tend to use a little more pumpkin than what is called for and eat these with cream cheese. They are also fantastic as mini-loaves.

Ingredients: [‘sugar’, ‘oil’, ‘eggs’, ‘canned pumpkin’, ‘water’, ‘flour’, ‘baking powder’, ‘baking soda’, ‘salt’, ‘cinnamon’, ‘clove’, ‘nutmeg’, ‘allspice’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 3/4 cups sugar”,”1/2 cup oil”,”2 eggs”,”1 cup canned pumpkin”,”1/3 cup water”,”1 3/4 cups flour”,”1/4 teaspoon baking powder”,”1 teaspoon baking soda”,”1 teaspoon salt”,”1/2 teaspoon cinnamon”,”1/2 teaspoon clove”,”1/2 teaspoon nutmeg”,”1/2 teaspoon allspice”]

Number of Servings: 24

Steps: [‘Preheat oven to 350 degrees.’, ‘Mix well the first 5 ingredients.’, ‘Mix dry ingredients.’, ‘Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.’, ‘Pour into 2 GREASED 8.5×4″ loaf pans and bake 45 minutes.’, ‘Remove from pans when completely cool (otherwise will crumble).’, ‘Optional: add 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup walnuts.’]
