This recipe is a healthy version of a chocolate souffle, baking time will vary… if you like the inside runny; baking time will be around 10 minutes, otherwise it needs to bake 15-20 minutes. Great for a healthy breakfast. Any nuts can be used if there is no pistachios available: almonds, macadamia nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, pine nuts, brazil nuts, even chestnuts 🙂 I prefer to use a 2-cup (16oz.) ramekin for the recipe.

Ingredients: [‘egg’, ‘molasses’, ‘cocoa powder’, ‘oat bran’, ‘almonds’, ‘butter’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 egg”,”1/4 cup molasses”,”2 tablespoons cocoa powder”,”1/4 cup oat bran”,”1/2 cup almonds, ground “,”2 tablespoons butter”]

Number of Servings: 2

Steps: [‘Beat the egg until foamy, for 4-5 minutes.’, ‘Add the remaining ingredients.’, ‘Bake at 375F for 10 minutes for a soft version and 15-20 minutes for a fully baked version.’]
