A new twist on the potato skins you get at restaurants. Perfect appetizer for a party or before the big game!

Ingredients: [‘frozen diced potatoes’, ‘cheddar cheese’, ‘sour cream’, ‘bacon’, ‘green onion’, ‘flour tortillas’, ‘butter’, ‘salt and pepper’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“3 cups frozen diced potatoes or 3 cups hash browns”,”2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded “,”16 ounces sour cream”,”3/4 cup chopped bacon, cooked “,”1/3 cup chopped green onion”,”14 flour tortillas”,”2 tablespoons butter, melted “,” salt and pepper”]

Number of Servings: 10
