Pumpkin Spice Shake – (Protein Drink)

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice can be substituted for the spices. This recipe is from Bariatric Eating. I have not tried this recipe, but I’m posting it for safe keeping.

Ingredients: [‘pumpkin puree’, ‘sugar substitute’, ‘salt’, ‘cinnamon’, ‘ginger’, ‘clove’, ‘milk’, ‘vanilla protein powder’, ‘cool whip free’, ‘ice’, ‘caramel sauce’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1/4 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree”,”2 tablespoons spenda sugar substitute”,”1 pinch salt”,”1/8 teaspoon cinnamon”,”1/8 teaspoon ginger”,”1/8 teaspoon clove (scant)”,”1 cup milk or 1 cup soymilk”,”2 tablespoons matrix vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)”,”1/4 cup sugar Cool Whip Free or 1/4 cup no sugar added vanilla ice cream”,”1 -1 1/2 cup ice”,” sugar free cinnamon bliss caramel sauce”]

Number of Servings: 1

Steps: [‘Process in blender until smooth.’, ‘Drizzle with caramel sauce, if desired.’]
