Ingredients: [‘unsalted butter’, ‘sugar’, ‘brown sugar’, ‘egg’, ‘vanilla’, ‘red food coloring’, ‘all-purpose flour’, ‘white whole wheat flour’, ‘baking soda’, ‘salt’, ‘cocoa powder’, ‘reduced-fat cream cheese’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened “,”1/3 cup sugar”,”1/4 cup brown sugar”,”1 egg”,”1 teaspoon vanilla”,”1 teaspoon red food coloring”,”1 cup all-purpose flour”,”1/2 cup white whole wheat flour (I used King Arthur)”,”1 teaspoon baking soda”,”1/4 teaspoon salt”,”1/3 cup cocoa powder”,”4 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese”]

Steps: [‘Preheat oven to 375 degrees.’, ‘Cream butter and sugars together in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix well. Then, add food coloring and beat all together.’, ‘In a medium bowl, mix flours, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. Add to the wet ingredients in the large bowl and mix with an electric mixer until just combined.’, ‘Add cream cheese to the bowl in tbsp sized chunks and mix until you have a nice swirl.’, ‘5. Scoop out tbsp sized balls onto a greased or lined cookie sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes.’]
