A simple cold salad of carrots, celery, green and yellow bell pepper, and green lentils with a simple vinaigrette.

Ingredients: [‘green lentils’, ‘water’, ‘salt’, ‘salt’, ‘black pepper’, ‘lemon juice’, ‘olive oil’, ‘carrots’, ‘celery ribs’, ‘green bell pepper’, ‘yellow bell pepper’, ‘tomatoes’]
