Spinach Stuffed Manicotti

I really enjoy this recipe. I have made it for company several times now. Its easy to put together.

Ingredients: [‘manicotti’, ‘ground beef’, ‘onion’, ‘garlic cloves’, ‘pasta sauce’, ‘dried oregano’, ‘salt’, ‘black pepper’, ‘mozzarella cheese’, ‘ricotta cheese’, ‘spinach’, ‘eggs’, ‘parmesan cheese’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 (8 ounce) package manicotti”,”1 lb ground beef”,”1/2 cup chopped onion”,”2 garlic cloves, chopped “,” pz jar pasta sauce”,”1 teaspoon dried oregano”,”1/2 teaspoon salt”,”1/4 teaspoon black pepper”,”3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese”,”1 (16 ounce) container ricotta cheese”,”1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained “,”2 eggs”,”1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese”]

Steps: [‘Cook manicotti as package directs and drain.’, ‘Preheat oven to 350 degrees.’, ‘In a large saucepan, over medium heat, brown meat and pour off the fat.’, ‘Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender.’, ‘Stir in pasta sauce and oregano, salt and pepper.’, ‘Simmer 15 minutes.’, ‘In a bowl, combine 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, Ricotta cheese, spinach, eggs and Parmesan cheese.’, ‘Mix well.’, ‘Stuff into the Manicotti.’, ‘Line them up in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.’, ‘Evenly spoon the sauce over the top.’, ‘Cover and bake for 30 minutes.’, ‘Remove the cover and top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.’, ‘Bake 15 minutes longer.’, ‘Let stand 15 minutes.’, ‘Serve and enjoy.’]
