Super Easy Breakfast Shake

When my bananas start to get over ripe I peel them, wrap them and stick them in the freezer for these shakes. These can be modified by changing veggies and fruits.

Ingredients: [‘bananas’, ‘yogurt’, ‘powdered soy protein concentrate’, ‘carrot juice’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“2 -3 frozen bananas”,”1/4 cup organic yogurt (I use Stonyfield Farms Banilla)”,”1 teaspoon powdered soy protein concentrate”,”1/2 cup carrot juice (or orange juice)”]

Number of Servings: 2

Steps: [‘Add all ingredients to blender.’, ‘Blend well.’, ‘Enjoy.’]
