A great way to get a complete meal on these hot days when you don’t feel like cooking or eating hot foods.

Ingredients: [‘tuna’, ‘carrot’, ‘cucumber’, ‘radish’, ‘pickle relish’, ‘green onions’, ‘cooked pasta’, ‘plain low-fat yogurt’, ‘reduced-calorie mayonnaise’, ‘lemon pepper’, ‘lemon juice’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“2 (6 ounce) cans tuna”,”1/3 cup shredded carrot”,”1/4 cup chopped cucumber”,”1/4 cup sliced radish”,”1 tablespoon pickle relish”,”2 tablespoons chopped green onions”,”3 cups cooked pasta”,””,”1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt”,”1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise”,”1 teaspoon lemon pepper”,”1 teaspoon lemon juice”]

Steps: [‘Combine all salad ingredients except pasta, toss. Add pasta, toss again. Combine dressing ingredients, pour over salad, toss gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate several hours.’]
