Very Chocolate Bean Brownies

High protein, high fibre, low fat. Not the most common of birthday cakes, but certainly the healthiest I’ve had in many years.

Ingredients: [‘mung beans’, ‘low fat cottage cheese’, ‘greek yogurt’, ‘granulated sugar’, ‘vanilla extract’, ‘egg white’, ‘whole wheat flour’, ‘baking powder’, ‘semi-sweet chocolate chips’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“12 ounces mung beans”,”1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese”,”1/4 cup Greek yogurt”,”1/2 cup granulated sugar”,”1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract”,”1 egg white”,”3/4 cup whole wheat flour”,”1/2 teaspoon baking powder”,”1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips”]

Number of Servings: 9

Steps: [‘preheat over to 350.’, ‘grease an 8×8 baking pan or line with parchment paper.’, ‘puree beans. cottage cheese, egg white and yogurt.’, ‘in a separate bowl combine all the dry ingrediants.’, ‘add wet to dry , stir in chocolate chips and spread in baking pan.’, ‘bake and enjoy.’]
