I tweaked this recipe slightly & found it in the 2003 cookbook, Slim Smoothies.
Ingredients: [‘pineapple juice’, ‘cantaloupe’, ‘peach’, ‘pineapple’]
Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened “,”1 cup cantaloupe, diced “,”1 cup peach, preferrably frozen “,”1 cup pineapple, diced “]
Number of Servings: 2
Steps: [‘Place ingredients in a blender & mix by using the on/off pulse function until mostly blended, then gradually increase the speed & continue mixing until totally smooth.’, ‘Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy!’]
