This is a really simple but oh so tasty snack.

Ingredients: [‘bread’, ‘butter’, ‘chunky salsa’, ‘creamed corn’, ‘cheddar cheese’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“4 slices bread”,”1 tablespoon butter”,”2 -3 tablespoons chunky salsa”,”125 g creamed corn”,”2 slices cheddar cheese”]

Number of Servings: 2

Steps: [‘Preheat jaffle iron & spread one side of each bread sliced with butter.’, ‘Place bread, butter side down in jaffle iron & spread with salsa, top with corn & cheese and remaining bread slice, butter side up.’, ‘Close lid & cook for 3-4 mins or until golden & hot.’]
