I made this for school, and I ate two bowls of it for dinner! It is lovely with thick french bread or soda bread. It is easy to make too and amazingly low in calories.
Ingredients: [‘white onions’, ‘water’, ‘vegetable bouillon cubes’, ‘plain flour’]
Quantity of Ingredients: [“4 large white onions”,”1 liter water”,”2 vegetable bouillon cubes”,”2 tablespoons plain flour”]
Number of Servings: 4
Steps: [‘Peel and chop the onions into rings then dry fry them for 10 mins.’, ‘Sprinkle in the flour (to thicken the juices) and stir for a minute.’, ‘Add the water and crumbled up stock cubes and bring up to the boil.’, ‘Liquidise this mixture using preferably a hand held blender thingy (haha).’, ‘Serve and enjoy!’]
