Creole Corn Pudding

Another favourite from my chef training days – super simple.

Ingredients: [‘creamed corn’, ‘eggs’, ‘35%25 cream’, ‘sugar’, ‘salt’, ‘white pepper’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“24 ounces creamed corn”,”5 eggs, beaten “,”240 ml 35% cream”,”1 tablespoon sugar”,”1 teaspoon salt”,”1 teaspoon white pepper”]

Number of Servings: 4

Steps: [‘Mix together eggs, cream, sugar, salt and pepper.’, ‘Add creamed corn; mix well and heat up in skillet – do not boil.’, ‘Pour corn mixture into greased ramekins and bake in hot water bath at 375°F until set (about 1 hour).’, ‘Turn out onto plates and serve.’]
