Crunchy Pea Salad

My auntie passed this on to me years ago, but I have no idea where she got the recipe originally. This is a family fave when the weather starts to warm up. NOTES: Regular mayo and/or italian dressing does not produce as tasty a salad. Cook time is for refridgeration.

Ingredients: [‘salad dressing’, ‘italian dressing’, ‘frozen peas’, ‘celery’, ‘red onion’, ‘cooked bacon’, ‘dry roasted peanuts’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1/3 cup salad dressing (I like regular Miracle Whip)”,”1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing”,”1 (16 ounce) bag frozen peas, thawed “,”1/3 cup finely chopped celery”,”1/3 cup diced red onion”,”6 slices cooked bacon, chopped “,”1 cup dry roasted peanuts”]

Number of Servings: 5

Steps: [‘Mix dressings in a medium bowl until combined.’, ‘Stir in peas, celery, red onion, and bacon.’, ‘Refridgerate AT LEAST one hour for flavors to blend.’, ‘Stir in peanuts just before serving.’]
