Dad’s Steak Marinade/Barbecue Sauce

My dad used to marinade a big, thick steak in this sauce overnight, grill the steak up, and serve it sliced thin with a nice side salad. I’ve also used it for pulled pork in a slow cooker and for ribs.

Ingredients: [‘ketchup’, ‘water’, ‘vinegar’, ‘sugar’, ‘salt’, ‘chili powder’, ‘garlic powder’, ‘worcestershire sauce’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 cup ketchup”,”1/4 cup water”,”3 tablespoons vinegar”,”3 tablespoons sugar”,”1 teaspoon salt”,”1 teaspoon chili powder”,”1 teaspoon garlic powder”,”2 -3 dashes Worcestershire sauce”]

Number of Servings: 4

Steps: [‘In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.’, ‘Use this to marinade brisket, steak, chicken, or other meats.’, ‘Can be used with a large pork butt or shoulder in a slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours, shredded with forks, and served on rolls with coleslaw on top.’]
