This recipe is for a 1 1/2 bld loaf of bread. It is a staple white bread, simple to make and smooth in texture.

Ingredients: [‘warm water’, ‘butter’, ‘milk’, ‘egg’, ‘sugar’, ‘salt’, ‘bread flour’, ‘active dry yeast’]
