FUdge keeps for 2 weeks at room temp, so it is great to keep around, for those sweey cravings. For this recipe, you can turn it into Mocha Fudge, by adding 1 tablespoon instant coffee with the salt.

Ingredients: [‘sugar’, ‘evaporated skim milk’, ‘butter’, ‘marshmallows’, ‘salt’, ‘semisweet chocolate morsels’, ‘pecans’, ‘vanilla extract’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“2 cups sugar”,”2/3 cup evaporated skim milk”,”1/2 cup butter”,”12 large marshmallows”,” salt (a few grains)”,”1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels”,”1 cup chopped pecans”,”1 teaspoon vanilla extract”]

Number of Servings: 1

Steps: [‘Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring gently, boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. remove from heat.’, ‘Add chocolate morsels to marshmallow mixture, stirring until melted.
