Four Bean Salad

A few extra goodies in the salad and the dressing make this one so good. Another one of those pot luck favorites that the bowl always comes home empty and everyone wants the recipe! This recipe is well worth the extra effort to prepare the dressing.

Ingredients: [‘herb salad dressing’, ‘cut green beans’, ‘wax beans’, ‘kidney beans’, ‘garbanzo beans’, ‘green pepper’, ‘sliced ripe olives’, ‘green onion’, ‘parsley’, ‘pimientos’, ‘sugar’, ‘wine vinegar’, ‘vegetable oil’, ‘salt’, ‘dry mustard’, ‘pepper’, ‘red pepper sauce’, ‘dried basil leaves’, ‘garlic powder’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [” spicy herb salad dressing (see below)”,”1 (16 ounce) can cut green beans, drained “,”1 (16 ounce) can wax beans, drained “,”1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained “,”1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained “,”1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped “,”1/2 cup sliced ripe olives”,”1/4 cup green onion, sliced “,”1/4 cup parsley, snipped “,”1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos, drained and finely chopped “,””,”1/2 cup sugar”,”1/2 cup wine vinegar”,”1/2 cup vegetable oil”,”1 1/2 teaspoons salt”,”1 teaspoon dry mustard”,”1/2 teaspoon pepper”,”1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce”,”1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves”,”1/2 teaspoon garlic powder”]

Steps: [‘Shake all Spicy Herb Dressing ingredients in a tightly covered jar. Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl: toss with dressing. Cover and refigerate at least 4 hours. Enjoy!’]
