Garlic Parmesan Bread (Abm)

Be sure the garlic powder is fresh; garlic powder turns bitter if kept too long. Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese is best as well. From William Sonoma’s THE BREAD MACHINE cookbook.

Ingredients: [‘water’, ‘butter’, ‘honey’, ‘parmesan cheese’, ‘salt’, ‘garlic powder’, ‘bread flour’, ‘yeast’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 cup water”,”2 1/2 tablespoons butter, unsalted “,”1 tablespoon honey”,”2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated “,”3/4 teaspoon salt”,”1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder (or to taste)”,”3 cups bread flour”,”2 1/2 teaspoons yeast”]

Number of Servings: 1

Steps: [‘Place all ingredients in bread pan in order as instructed.’, ‘Settings: White Basic and Medium Crust. When finished, brush top lightly with butter.’, ‘Enjoy!’]
