traditional muffins made a little bit healthier. my family loves these almost as much as i do! they are very versatile so you can add other ingredients as you wish!

Ingredients: [‘all-purpose flour’, ‘wheat flour’, ‘sugar’, ‘baking powder’, ‘salt’, ‘butter’, ‘skim milk’, ‘applesauce’, ‘eggs’, ‘vanilla’, ‘milk chocolate chips’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 cup all-purpose flour”,”1 cup wheat flour”,”1/3 cup sugar”,”2 teaspoons baking powder”,”1/2 teaspoon salt”,”1/4 cup butter”,”2/3 cup skim milk”,”1/2 cup applesauce”,”2 eggs, slightly beaten “,”1 teaspoon vanilla”,”1 cup milk chocolate chips”]

Number of Servings: 12

Steps: [‘Preheat oven to 400°F.’, ‘Grease 12-18 muffin cups (12 for larger muffins, 18 for regular muffins- 2/3 full).’, ‘In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugars, baking powder, chocolate chips, and salt.’, ‘In another bowl, stir together milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla until blended.’, ‘Make a well in center of dry ingredients.’, ‘Add milk mixture and stir just to combine.
