Hot Dogs and Sauerkraut

A delicious dish–great for a fast supper, which I am listing in my new cookbook of fast eats. Great with saltine crackers, pretzels, or potato chips. You can kick this up a notch with dried chilies.

Ingredients: [‘sauerkraut’, ‘hot dogs’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut”,”2 cups sliced hot dogs”]

Number of Servings: 4

Steps: [‘Put kraut in saucepan and heat to boiling.’, ‘Add hot dogs sliced 1/4-inch thick. Heat till all boils.’, ‘You can add dried chilies if wanted. Serve with crackers, pretzels, potato chips, or use this for a side dish.’]
