Light Herbed Cheese Spread

This light cheese spread tastes similar to the expensive, higher-fat versions sold in grocery stores. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers.

Ingredients: [‘low fat cottage cheese’, ‘light cream cheese’, ‘fresh chives’, ‘parmesan cheese’, ‘garlic’, ‘dried marjoram’, ‘dried basil’, ‘ground black pepper’, ‘fresh parsley’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese”,”1/3 cup light cream cheese, softened “,”1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives”,”1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese”,”1 clove garlic, minced “,”1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram”,”1/4 teaspoon dried basil”,”1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper”,”4 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley, divided “]
