Maple Country Turkey Sausage

A recipe I saw on Rachel Ray, tried it and LOVED it! Can be made into either burger patties or meatballs. Personally, don’t know if I can ever go back to normal meatballs again after having these.

Ingredients: [‘ground turkey’, ‘maple syrup’, ‘seasoning’, ‘extra virgin olive oil’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“2 lbs ground turkey”,”4 tablespoons maple syrup”,”2 tablespoons grill seasoning”,”2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil”]

Number of Servings: 6

Steps: [‘Combine the ground turkey, maple syrup and grill seasoning, work the meat to combine all the ingredients.’, ‘Form patties 2- to 3-inches round, or meatballs about 2-inches round.’, ‘Place a large skillet over medium high heat with EVOO, brown meat in the skillet for 5-6 minutes, then place on a baking sheet, drizzle them lightly with oil, and finish baking them in the oven until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165ºF, about 5-6 minutes.’]
