Marmalade Whisky Cream

This seems a good way to use up that last little bit of marmalade in the jar . Untried as yet by me.

Ingredients: [‘thickened cream’, ‘egg whites’, ‘sugar’, ‘marmalade’, ‘scotch whisky’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“300 ml thickened cream”,”2 egg whites”,”2 tablespoons sugar”,”2 tablespoons marmalade”,”2 tablespoons Scotch whisky”]

Number of Servings: 4

Steps: [‘Beat cream until firm.’, ‘Beat egg whites till firm gradually adding sugar.’, ‘Beat till sugar dissolved.’, ‘Fold egg whites into cream with marmalade and whisky.’, ‘Serve with fresh or canned fruit.’]
