My Friend Marci’s Mint Brownies

These are a HUGE hit in our neighborhood, and make a whole cookiesheet full, which is great for potlucks or large groups. They taste heavenly after being stored in the fridge and set at room temp for a few minutes.

Ingredients: [‘sugar’, ‘butter’, ‘cocoa powder’, ‘eggs’, ‘vanilla’, ‘flour’, ‘salt’, ‘powdered sugar’, ‘butter’, ‘evaporated milk’, ‘green food coloring’, ‘mint extract’, ‘butter’, ‘cocoa powder’, ‘corn syrup’, ‘vanilla’, ‘powdered sugar’, ‘milk’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“3 cups sugar”,”1 1/2 cups butter”,”1/2 cup cocoa powder”,”6 eggs”,”1 teaspoon vanilla”,”3 cups flour”,”1 dash salt”,””,”4 cups powdered sugar”,”8 teaspoons butter”,”5 tablespoons evaporated milk”,” green food coloring”,”2 teaspoons mint extract”,””,”9 tablespoons butter”,”4 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder”,”4 tablespoons corn syrup”,”1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla”,”3 cups powdered sugar”,”5 tablespoons milk”]

Steps: [‘Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour an 11×14 sheet pan.’, ‘Blend sugar, butter and cocoa. Add eggs one at a time.
