Over the years, we have tried many recipes, altered some of them and came up with this one. It’s Mykel’s favorite.
We have topped with bread crumbs, crumbled potato chips and other things and it is always wonderful. Of course, I always double the cheese
Ingredients: [‘pasta’, ‘butter’, ‘flour’, ‘onion’, ‘milk’, ‘cheese’, ‘pepper’]
Quantity of Ingredients: [“2 cups pasta”,”4 tablespoons butter”,”4 tablespoons flour”,”1 small onion, chopped “,”2 cups milk”,”2 cups cheese”,” pepper”]
Number of Servings: 6
Steps: [‘Prepare pasta as directed by package. Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add onion and cook until softened. Add flour and mix well to make a rue. Add milk slowly and heat through. Add cheese until melted. Add pasta to cheese sauce and turn into casserole. Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour-40 minutes.’]
