Mild, creamy, #simple and delicious #soup that can be prepared in a flash.

Ingredients: [‘butter’, ‘olive oil’, ‘oats’, ‘zucchini’, ‘water’, ‘sour cream’, ‘dill’, ‘sea salt’, ‘pepper’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“20 g butter”,”1 tablespoon olive oil”,”2 tablespoons oats (oat flakes)”,”1 zucchini, coarsely grated (270-300 g)”,”500 ml water”,”200 ml sour cream”,”1 teaspoon dill or 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped “,”1/2 teaspoon sea salt”,”1/4 teaspoon pepper”]

Steps: [‘In a soup pot sauté oatflakes in hot oil and butter, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes.’, ‘Mix in grated zucchini and water; bring to the boil, then lower the flame and cook for 5 minutes until zucchini is tender.’, ‘Stir in sour cream and with a stick blender puree the soup to desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with chopped dill or parsley.’]
