church cookbook — I did some changes in the amount of sugar, oil and vinegar. The first time I made it there was way too much dressing and the vinegar was too strong not to mention a cup of sugar seems way too much.

Ingredients: [‘le seuer peas’, ‘shoe peg corn’, ‘french style green beans’, ‘pimientos’, ‘celery’, ‘onion’, ‘vinegar’, ‘sugar’, ‘oil’, ‘pepper’, ‘salt’, ‘water’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“8 1/2 ounces le seuer peas”,”8 ounces shoe peg corn”,”15 ounces French style green beans”,”3 ounces pimientos”,”1 cup celery, chopped “,”1 cup onion, chopped “,”1/2 cup vinegar”,”3/4 cup sugar”,”3/4 cup oil”,”1 teaspoon pepper”,”1 teaspoon salt”,”1 teaspoon water”]

Number of Servings: 8

Steps: [‘Mix all vegetables togather in large bowl.’, ‘Mix dressing starting with vinegar and pour over vegetables, let stand overnight.’, ‘Will keep 2 weeks.’]
