Quantity of Ingredients: [“2 tablespoons pork fat”,”2 stalks celery, chopped “,”4 green onions, chopped “,”1 red pepper, chopped “,”2 garlic cloves, chopped “,”1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, sliced diagonal “,”14 ounces tomatoes”,”4 ounces tomato paste”,”1 1/2 cups water”,”1 cup rice”,”1 1/2 cups jumbo shrimp, cooked “]
