Savory Parmigiano-Reggiano Spread

Delicious on sandwiches, or spread on toasted Italian bread, with a glass of wine. I used to make this in the store during my “Cheese Lady” career.

Ingredients: [‘water-packed artichoke hearts’, ‘mayonnaise’, ‘parmigiano-reggiano cheese’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 (13 3/4 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts”,”1 cup mayonnaise”,”1 cup freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese”]

Number of Servings: 1

Steps: [‘Drain artichoke hearts and chop into small pieces.’, ‘Stir together, artichokes, mayonnaise and Cheese.’, ‘Cover and refrigerate.’]
