Scallops With Lemon Sauce

This is a great dish if you want to impress people because it tastes fantastic and it looks very impressive. It is very strong with lemon but then you have the subtle heat from the chili. With this you only need one so on one plate serve three or four scallops.

Ingredients: [‘extra virgin olive oil’, ‘garlic clove’, ‘gingerroot’, ‘chili pepper’, ‘coriander root’, ‘lemongrass’, ‘lemons%2c zest of’, ‘lemon%2c juice of’, ‘white wine’, ‘salt and pepper’, ‘scallops’, ‘salt and pepper’, ‘rock salt’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“”,” extra virgin olive oil”,”1 medium garlic clove, minced “,”1 teaspoon of grated gingerroot”,”1 small chili pepper, finely copped “,”1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander root”,”1 tablespoon lemongrass, finely copped “,”3 medium lemons, zest of”,”1 medium lemon, juice of”,”2 tablespoons white wine”,” salt and pepper”,””,”4 diver scallops”,” salt and pepper”,”1 1/2 cups rock salt (for presentation)”]

Steps: [‘1.
