Steps: [‘Place strawberries in a Large ceramic or glass bowl with citric acid & water. Cover and allow to stand for 24hours.’, ‘Pour liquid through a fine sieve lined with muslin into a medium sized saucepan and add sugar.’, ‘Stir over low heat just until sugar dissolves, do not allow it to boil.’, ‘Remove from heat & pour into sterilised bottles & refrigerate.’]
