A great tasting potato dish that is soooo yummy! You could use low-fat sour cream and low-fat cheddar cheese to reduce the fat but it isn’t as creamy and delicious.

Steps: [‘Boil the potatoes until tender and drain. Put the potatoes with onion and garlic in a bowl.’, ‘Combine sour cream, salad dressing mix and a little pepper.
