Total Cook Time: 80 mins – 30 min at 350F then 50 min at 330F

Ingredients: [‘bananas’, ‘artificial sweetener’, ‘blackstrap molasses’, ‘all-purpose flour’, ‘baking soda’, ‘canola oil’, ‘35%25 cream’, ‘vanilla extract’, ‘eggs’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“3 1/4 cups bananas (mashed)”,”2 2/3 cups xylitol artificial sweetener”,”1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses”,”3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour”,”4 teaspoons baking soda”,”1 1/3 cups canola oil”,”1 1/3 cups 35% cream”,”1 tablespoon vanilla extract”,”6 medium eggs”]

Steps: [‘Preheat oven to 350°F.’, ‘Mix bananas, xylitol and molasses in mixer using paddle attachment until bananas are completely mashed.’, ‘Add flour and baking soda; mix until combined. Scrape down sides as needed.’, ‘Add oil, cream and vanilla extract in a steady stream until fully emulsified.’, ‘Add eggs and scrape bowl down.’, ‘Divide mixture into 2 loaf pans.’, ‘Bake for 30 minutes at 350F, reduce temperature to 330F for 50 minutes.’, ‘Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.’]
