Baked Artichoke Spread

Easy and delicious! I like to process everything except for the artichoke hearts first, then I add the artichokes and pulse them briefly for bigger chunks.

Ingredients: [‘artichoke hearts’, ‘parmesan cheese’, ‘sour cream’, ‘mayonnaise’, ‘cream cheese’, ‘garlic cloves’, ‘jalapeno peppers’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“8 ounces cooked artichoke hearts”,”1 cup grated parmesan cheese”,”1/2 cup sour cream”,”1/2 cup mayonnaise”,”8 ounces cream cheese”,”2 garlic cloves, minced “,”2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded and minced “]

Number of Servings: 8

Steps: [‘Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.’, ‘Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.’, ‘Place in a shallow ceramic baker or a 10″ terra-cotta quiche dish.’, ‘Bake for 30-45 minutes or until lightly browned on top.’, ‘Serve with tortilla chips, french bread, fresh vegetables or crackers.’]
