Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 lb coarsely ground buffalo (ground by a butcher, do not chop in a food processor) or 1 lb coarsely ground beef chuck (ground by a butcher, do not chop in a food processor)”,”1 teaspoon coarse sea salt”,”3/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper”,”1 long green hot chili, finely chopped “,”3 tablespoons finely chopped lemongrass”,”1 medium shallot, peeled and finely chopped “,”2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped “]
